MEXICAN CHOCOLATE

Inspired by traditional Mexican hot chocolate, this coffee layers hints of chocolate, cinnamon, and vanilla over a smooth medium roast. The spice is present but not overpowering — more warmth than heat — and the chocolate note leans dark rather than sweet.

Delicious on its own, and genuinely excellent as an after-dinner coffee alongside tequila or Kahlúa, where the cinnamon and cocoa notes play well against the spirit.
