Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be unopened.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer service team at support@tradewindscoffeeandtea.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be processed.  Send authorized returns to:  Cinnabar LLC, 38439 5th Ave #1063, Zephyrhills, FL 33542.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item at your expense and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened products will not be refunded.
